Location: Chipping, near Preston (commutable from Clitheroe, Longridge, Garstang, Ribchester, Fulwood, Blackburn)
Salary: Up to £40,000 (Base £35,200 + Bonus up to £4,800)
Hours: Full-Time, Permanent | 3 on / 3 off (10am10pm)

Role Responsibilities: Run the home alongside the Registered Manager
Support and lead the team to deliver exceptional care
Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth daily operations
Contribute to care planning and daily routines
Be a go-to leader when it matters most
About You: Level 4 NVQ (or equivalent) in Children, Young People & Families
Minimum 2 years experience in a childrens residential setting
Strong leadership and team support skills
Calm under pressure, quick decision-maker
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Right to work in the UK
