As AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Transformation and Change Lead will oversee the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, complex programs with high USD investments that involve multiple functions or business units.
The Transformation and Change Lead will ensure that programs are managed holistically, meeting both technology and operational/business deliverables.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
* Set up and launch the program/project, working closely with key stakeholders across business, technology, and other functions (TCD and non-TCD). This includes defining the program charter, structuring (including Agile product teams), milestones, project planning/roadmaps, and KPI definitions. Establish governance structures and onboard project sponsors.
* Work closely with workstream leads, business product owners of agile teams, and other project managers to execute and monitor progress against milestones, KPIs, and budgets (including savings tracking).
* Identify key change management steps throughout the project lifecycle and ensure change management activities are properly executed to ensure success. Involve Change Management Experts as needed.
* Identify and formalize key issues and risks. Drive resolution and escalate key decisions to the appropriate governance committees.
* Manage overall communication with all stakeholders, including program sponsors, Steering Committees, AXA XL Project SteerCo, AXA Group SPC (where applicable), Business Engagement Leaders/Managers.
* Drive internal initiatives to build, expand, and strengthen program management capabilities across the organization. This includes establishing program management frameworks, sharing best practices and lessons learned, and providing training.
* Share expertise on program execution by partnering with other transformation and change managers to facilitate knowledge sharing.
* Bring specialized technical or topical expertise to the team.
* Provide mentorship and coaching to junior colleagues to develop their program management skills, share knowledge, give feedback, and create learning opportunities. Offer coaching on specific program assignments.
* Lead large-scale programs independently.
In this role, you will report to the Europe/UK Team Lead.
We’re looking for someone with these skills and abilities:
* Extensive experience managing large-scale programs across multiple dimensions (lines of business, geographies, or functions) and complexity.
* Significant prior experience working in an Agile environment.
* Proven mentoring skills and experience managing senior stakeholder teams through influence and coordination.
* Experience in internal or external consulting is a plus.
* Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills, with experience communicating with senior management.
* Strong business acumen combined with technology knowledge and understanding of the software development lifecycle to effectively challenge business demands.
* Effective interpersonal and collaboration skills to align various stakeholders.
* Proven negotiation, influence, and creativity skills to achieve successful outcomes regarding scope, schedule, costs, issues, risks, and resources.
* PROSCI certification or extensive experience in change management is a plus.
