The HACS Group is an independent Construction, Building & Civil Engineering services contractor based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Established in 1985 by current Managing Director Mark Smith, we have built a reputation for quality and reliability in delivering medium to large-scale projects up to £20m.
Due to increased workload, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position covering project values between £3m and £20m within a 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
The successful candidate will work alongside our extensive team, managing all aspects of each project from pre-construction to on-site management of staff and subcontractors, health and safety, works programming, and liaising with clients and architects. Responsibilities also include overseeing materials and subcontract procurement to ensure delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Experience and Qualifications required
* Proven track record in delivering construction projects on time and within budget
* Minimum of 10 years site management experience
* Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Project
* Strong commitment to quality and a history of repeat business
* Successful people management skills and excellent communication abilities
* Good IT skills and a minimum SMSTS qualification
