Location: Remote (UK residents only)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Overall Purpose of Job
Are you passionate about business compliance and managing third-party relationships? We seek a dedicated Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Manager to enhance our TPRM framework and organizational capability.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the P&P strategic vision and development plan.
* Stay updated on external market trends related to TPRM and identify innovations.
* Promote a culture that values partnerships with the P&P function.
* Manage challenges from the BRM community regarding TPRM assurance outcomes.
* Develop skills within the procurement and BRM groups to improve TPRM.
* Contribute to operational plans to develop the function.
* Support senior managers on key projects.
* Assist with lower value sourcing activities to ensure compliance.
* Build capability within the BRM community to manage risk and improve performance.
* Ensure third-party suppliers have compliant risk management processes.
* Understand and perform due diligence on sub-outsourcing activities.
* Identify opportunities to optimize contracts and outcomes.
* Conduct clinics and communications to improve TPRM compliance.
* Support TPRM development and act as the primary contact for TPRM queries.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework.
* Create tools and templates for TPRM activities.
* Review assurance reports and coordinate remediation activities.
* Perform quality assurance on TPRM activities.
* Prepare content for assurance meetings to drive improvements.
* Manage procurement activities related to sourcing and TPRM record keeping.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
* Experience in third-party risk management within Financial Services.
* Supporting sourcing activities.
* Knowledge of contractual and commercial terms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of financial regulation requirements.
* Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
* Degree preferred.
