Residential Property Lawyer, 4+ years’ experience, Surrey, circa £50,000 (DOE). This is a great opportunity to join a well established, highly respected firm known for its expertise and exceptional client service.

\nTHE ROLE:
\nThe role involves managing a residential property caseload, including freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity, while delivering efficient client service through clear communication. It also includes supervising and supporting staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk procedures, assisting colleagues as needed, and meeting billing targets. The position requires involvement in business development activities, ongoing professional development, and effective use of case management systems and legal software.

\nTHE CANDIDATE:
\nThe firm are seeking a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, strong experience in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, and excellent client care skills. The role requires confidence in supervising junior staff, strong IT and case management abilities, and a reliable, team focused approach with a commitment to high quality work.
