The role
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Development, you will support the deployment of our transformation strategy through facility relocations, system and automation implementations, warehouse process improvements, and standardisation initiatives.
What You Will Do
* Continuously improve logistic operation systems, gathering information from users to validate and inform solutions.
* Develop strategies to enhance Warehouse Management Systems based on operational needs.
* Support deployment through solution design, testing, change management, and documentation.
* Create training and testing programs, including user guides and training records.
* Manage project milestones and stakeholder updates from development to implementation.

* Experience with Tier 1 Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
* Understanding of continuous improvement techniques like LEAN 5S.
* Strong documentation and communication skills.
