I’m working with a highly regarded firm who has a new opportunity to welcome a Family Solicitor into their Nantwich office, with a clear focus on private childcare matters.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both someone early in their career who wants hands‑on exposure, excellent mentoring and the chance to build a strong private law children practice in a supportive environment with a balanced caseload ready to go, as well as for a more established individual who can hit the ground running in the team.
The Role
* Manage your own caseload of private childcare work, including child arrangements, specific issue, non‑molestation and prohibited steps applications.
* Be trusted with responsibility while benefiting from close support from experienced family specialists whenever needed.
What They’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX (1–4 years PQE)
* Experience in private childcare law
* Confident, empathetic client manner
* A genuine passion for family law and client care
