JOB REF: 215301538 • In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across the full spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructurings, and shareholders’ agreements. • Additionally, you will be expected to take part in the firm’s networking events and business development initiatives to strengthen existing client relationships and generate new business for the department.
