What can you expect?
* You will be required to produce reactive quotations based on Engineers reports from site visits.
* Follow-up quotations directly with clients
* Create and send contract renewal quotations for contracts.
* Qualify incoming sales enquiries.
* Prepare and issue quotes.
* Create spreadsheets and liaise with Sales Personal for actions.
* Interpret Lab results and recommend actions.
* Support to the Laboratory teams with administration.
* Training on the water industry will be provided.
Requirements
* Ability to prioritise your own work/day
* Attention to detail is essential
* Planning and Organisational skills
* Good IT skills including Microsoft office
* Previous experience in an operational admin role
* Aptitude and willingness to undertake further business training
