* Experience of utilities/water infrastructure project and / or programme management, including end to end lifecycle experience or specialism in development or delivery stages.
* Experience of complex and multiple forms of procurement and managing NEC / other form contracts.
* High level of commercial management including complex commercial arrangements
* Experience of building and leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects and programmes in differing environments, ideally multiple sectors.
* Experience of consultancy and/or client-side project management.
* Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm's length bodies relevant to infrastructure.
* Familiarity with sustainability and application to projects / programmes.
* Delivery within complex operational environments
* Experience of working and reporting in complex stakeholder and regulatory environments
Preferrable qualifications:
* Degree level qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
* Chartered status with the APM, ICE, or an equivalent professional institution.
* Project management certification (e.g. APM / PRINCE2 / MSP / ChPP).
* NEC Accreditations or qualifications.
* CSCS / equivalent.
* NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualifications
* CDM awareness
* Sustainability (e.g. Carbon Literacy).
* Soft skills / leadership certification.
