Are you a hands-on marketer who loves turning bold ideas into impactful campaigns? This is a chance to join a small but dynamic marketing team and lead initiatives that shape brand perception, engage customers, and drive growth. In this Marketing Operations Manager role, you'll combine creativity, strategy, and operational expertise across digital, events, partnerships, and more, making a real difference across the business.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
* Coordinate campaigns across Sales, Aftersales, and wider business teams.
* Manage sponsorships, partnerships, and events to raise brand visibility and engagement.
* Deliver campaigns across digital, print, events, and through agency collaboration.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
* Oversee budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure ROI is achieved.
* Ensure all marketing activities align with BMW Group brand standards.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive to support team success.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2C/B2B marketing across digital, partnerships, and events.
* Proven ability to execute campaigns, not just plan them.
* Proficient with tools such as Dotdigital (or similar), CMS platforms, analytics, and social media.
* Excellent organisational skills with experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
* Creative problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
* Strong communication skills for presenting ideas, negotiating with suppliers, and team collaboration.
* CIM qualification or working towards it is advantageous, but a drive to learn and grow is essential.
* Full UK driving license required.
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: £39,362 - £43,500 per year DOE
* Hours: Hybrid, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
