Working Pattern - Hybrid – 2 days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office. Full time 35 hours a week for 12 months Secondment

What this role is all about:
Responsible for attaining a low policy and premium lapse rate within a specified portfolio of Vitality Health’s intermediated policies with a renewal premium value over £30K through a proactive approach and collaborative renewal negotiations.
The role will develop a high level of technical expertise and be an expert in customer service, sale and the re-selling of the Vitality product.
Key Actions
4. Negotiation and renewal of the annual SME contracts
5. Identify opportunities to add value through promotion of Vitality’s unique offering and support brokers/clients in their workplace wellness strategies
6. Build strong broker relationships within a defined portfolio of policies
7. Maintaining and developing key relationships with internal stakeholders
8. Arrange own work load to include daily, weekly and monthly tasks
9. Accurate report of renewal results in a CRM Salesforce environment and other internal capture points
Essential Skills needed to fulfil this role:
10. Experience of working in a regulated financial services operational environment
11. Proven oral and written communication skills
12. Experience and ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders of varying roles and expertise, both externally and internally
13. Basic working knowledge of applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and computer literacy
14. Desire to be a strong individual but also a team member
15. Ability to demonstrate a strong passion for the Vitality product and brand
16. Experience of managing multiple priorities to strict deadlines
