Operations Administrator An exciting opportunity has opened up for an Operations Administrator to join our team. This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with a competitive salary of up to £25,000, accompanied by an attractive company perks package, including regular social events. The role is available for an immediate start; however, notice periods will be considered. Roles and Responsibilities: The Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting the daily operations and ensuring smooth business processes, including but not limited to: Processing and monitoring the progress of orders, including communication with customers, suppliers, and vendors. Conducting customer onboarding and credit checks. Scanning, managing, and distributing NDAs and contracts. Organising and administering corporate events and entertainment functions. Coordinating arrangements for visitors to HQ. Assisting the Sales team with key administrative tasks, such as building quotes and tracking delivery of customer orders. Distributing electronic licences to customers and updating CRM systems accordingly. Maintaining accurate and timely updates of work activities in the CRM system. Preparing sales department reports for senior management, including tracking customer renewals. Providing general sales administration support. Overseeing the fulfilment of orders. Required Characteristics and Skills: The ideal candidate will exhibit the following traits: Exceptional attention to detail. A commercially-minded individual with sales knowledge (preferred).
