The Opportunity
We’re seeking a UK-based Senior Creative / Art Director to work exclusively on US clients and business.
This role will work across established US accounts as well as new business and pitch work, taking ideas from concept through to final production and execution.
Flexible working hours are essential. The role requires a minimum 2–3 hour daily overlap with US Central Time to support collaboration with US-based teams and clients.
Ideally, working hours would be approximately 10:30am–6:30/7:00pm (UK), enabling up to a 4.5-hour overlap with our US-based Creative Director.
The Role
* To lead the conceptual and visual direction of campaigns and projects, managing designers and working closely with writers.
* As part of the Creative team, you will deliver exceptional creative solutions and art direction across a range of client projects. You’ll lead designated projects from concept to execution, ensuring creative excellence throughout.
* Acting as a key support to the Creative Director and ACDs, you’ll offer strategic and creative guidance, uphold quality standards, and help manage the workflow within the team.
