Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and motivated Principal Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Informatics team to cover maternity leave for 11 months. This is a key Trust‑wide role, providing high‑quality intelligence and insight that directly supports clinical services, operational delivery and strategic decision‑making. Advert As a Principal BI Analyst, you will lead the delivery of high‑quality analytics across defined clinical or corporate service areas (e.g. performance, finance, transformation or clinical divisions). You will manage a diverse portfolio of work, ranging from ad‑hoc analytical requests to longer‑term service improvement projects, while also contributing to the strategic development of the Trust’s Business Intelligence function. You will act as a trusted expert, translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence for senior clinical and non‑clinical audiences, and representing BI at key meetings across the organisation.
