About the Role
We are looking for a Conveyancer to join our Residential New Build Plot Sales team in Worcester.
The team works with a range of clients to facilitate the sale of new plots, from site set‑up at the start of a transaction, to dealing with enquiries and exchange and completion. We need someone comfortable running files and providing guidance to junior members. Conveyancing qualifications are not essential.
Responsibilities
* Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of plot sales work.
* Support the continued development of junior team members.
* Be committed to delivering the highest levels of client service.
* Make a positive and energetic contribution to a dynamic team.
* Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within plot sales, collaborating with colleagues across the team.
* Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
About You
Required experience and skills:
* Experience within conveyancing and/or plot sales.
* 2+ years’ experience managing residential conveyancing or plot sales files, or qualified candidates with up to 2 years post‑qualification experience (qualified Solicitors, CILEX lawyers or Licensed Conveyancers).
* The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and professionally engage with clients.
* The ability to supervise junior team members.
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent technical ability and drafting skills.
* Strong commercial acumen.
* Proactive, ambitious, organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Resilience and the ability to complete tasks against tight deadlines.
