Opportunity
They are now seeking an Operations Coordinator to organise and manage the contracts department to ensure quality, safety, programme and financial objectives are achieved. Organise, control, and manage contracts department.
* Submit offers to clients in punctual fashion.
* Liaise with Design team where required.
* Provide input on orders received.
* Assist the GM monitoring the financial and programme performance of all projects.
* Programme works to suit BA and Client objectives.
* Assist in drafting & issuing risk assessments, method statements, quality plans.
* Organise and direct all labour, including authorising timesheets and approving labour invoices.
* Coordinate deliveries.
* Keep paperwork records for Quality Assurance.
Candidate
To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar role, within construction. You will also possess:
* Adaptability and the ability to use your own initiative.
* Business awareness
* A keen eye for detail
* Excellent communication skills
* IT awareness
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
