Job Advert: Senior Customer Care Advisor Duration: Permanent Location: Coventry Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience. Working Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday, hybrid working 3 days in office, 2 from home Role Purpose for a Senior Customer Care Advisor Reporting to the Customer Care Manager and working as part of a team, youll ensure effective working between internal Stakeholders. You will support the Customer Care Manager to help oversee, lead and train the Customer Care team, ensuring a first customer experience is achieved at all times. Key Responsibilities of a Senior Customer Care Advisor Provide support and advice to all customers, using Company processes and services Act as the first level escalation point for customer queries Thoroughly investigate customers problems, offering time and cost appropriate solutions and feed back to the business to ensure causes are addressed accordingly Ensure all team inbound queries/complaints /escalations are recorded appropriately and are resolved within agreed SLA Oversee business email inbox and manage Live chat Complete refunds, or Gesture of Good Will for customers Work closely with the Customer Care Manager to ensure training and support for Customer Care Advisors is ongoing Key Skills/Attributes of a Senior Customer Care Advisor: Previous experience in a senior customer focused role Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly Highly organised, efficient and capable of completing tasks within set timeframes Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Computer literate and experience using various in-house systems and Microsoft packages If you're enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to contribute to a thriving business, we'd love to hear from you.
