At John Sisk & Son (Holdings) Ltd., we are committed to enhancing our diversity and inclusion efforts and implementing our strategy. We are seeking an EDI Partner to join our UK Head Office in St Albans. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and advancing our existing EDI framework across our business, including Ireland, UK, and other European projects. Our purpose is to 'create places for future generations', and we aim to foster an inclusive environment for colleagues, partners, and communities.
You will be based at our St Albans UK Head Office with regular travel to other offices and project sites in Ireland, UK, and Europe. You will be a key member of our HR team, influencing and delivering our EDIB agenda as part of our culture.
You will be:
1. Collaborating with stakeholders to shape and implement our EDIB strategy.
2. Designing, managing, facilitating, and evaluating EDIB learning and education initiatives.
3. Working with Communications to develop internal and external communication plans.
4. Supporting and establishing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
5. Contributing to policy and process reviews related to diversity and inclusion.
6. Using metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of initiatives and ensure meaningful progress.
You will have:
1. At least 3 years’ experience in a corporate EDIB role.
2. Knowledge of key EDIB topics and legislation in Ireland and the UK.
3. Experience engaging senior leadership on EDIB matters.
4. Proven success in implementing impactful EDIB actions in a corporate setting.
5. Strong presentation and influencing skills.
6. A relevant third-level qualification (e.g., HR, Social Sciences, Business).
