Your new role
The Private Client Assistant Manager will be part of a growing team of advisors and specialists who provide high-quality tax andpliance services to personal tax clients, including high-net-worth individuals, trusts and estates.
1. Dealing with taxpliance matters for personal tax and trust clients, ensuring a first-class service is delivered.
2. Preparation of tax returns, ensuring all necessary data is collated.
3. Estate administration and accounts preparation.
4. Ensuringpliance with the Trust Registration Service, including preparation of Inheritance Tax event forms.
5. Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular ongoingmunication.
6. Dealing withmunications from HMRC, third parties and clients.
7. Aiding the tax and trust management team on various ad hoc tasks,pliance and advisory, as and when required.
8. Undertaking technical research into specific areas of legislation; ensuring your knowledge is regularly updated
What you'll need to succeed
9. ATT / STEP qualified or part-qualified would be ideal.
10. Relevant experience in a similar role (ideally 3–4 years) with some experience or exposure to Trust work.
11. Flexible and adaptable in approach with the tenacity to get things done.
12. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and develop relationships.
13. Good organisational skills with a proven track record of delivery.
14. Professional andpetent, always acting with integrity and objectivity.
