On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a CDM & Contractor Compliance Advisor on an initial 6-month contract. As the CDM & Contractor Compliance Advisor, you will work closely with the Contractor Compliance & CDM Manager to ensure that all Facilities Project work and Contractor Controls are delivered safely and in accordance with best practices within our fast-moving environment.

£25 per hour via Umbrella
Location:
Stevenage - 3 to 4 days per week in the office
Contract Details:
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, 6 months contract
IR35 Status:
Inside
Security Clearance:
BPSS to start, SC required; UK eyes only due to project
Responsibilities:
* Extensive experience in construction environments
* Conducting focused Health & Safety inspections and ensuring closure of actions
* Collating information and creating reports on findings
* Knowledge of auditing processes
* Problem-solving and developing workable solutions
* Strong communication skills and influencing others
* Providing guidance to ensure compliance in activities
* Conducting investigations, reporting, and statistical analysis
* Promoting best practices across all FM works/projects
* Planning and proactively engaging across all MBDA UK sites regularly
* Managing own workload proactively
Essential Requirements:
* NEBOSH Construction/General Certificate (minimum)
* Diploma (Level 6 preferred)
* CSCS Card
* Auditing qualification (ISO 45001/14001) desirable
