As the Online Trading Manager, this is a high-impact role responsible for driving online sales performance across key retail partners and pure play platforms. You will act as the link between brand, marketing, and retail accounts, ensuring a best-in-class digital experience while delivering against ambitious commercial targets. This is a 6-month FTC position.
The Role:
* Own and execute the online trading strategy across key e-commerce partners
* Drive sales through promotions, product visibility, and marketing alignment
* Build and manage relationships with major online retailers
* Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
* Manage forecasting, budgets, and P&L to maximise ROI
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and commercial teams
* Lead online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity
* Oversee website performance and optimise key KPIs
About You:
* Proven experience in e-commerce, online trading, or digital marketing within a consumer or retail environment
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and influence business decisions
* Experience managing key retail or pure play accounts
* Highly analytical, with strong Excel skills and experience using web analytics tools
* Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L performance
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
