We are looking for a driven and proactive Area Manager to join our Washroom Services operation at Mayflower Woolich. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while leading a team to achieve strong service delivery and performance standards.As an Area Manager, you will act as a key link between frontline colleagues and depot management, ensuring clear communication and successful implementation of company strategies

1. Lead, support, and mentor a team of Service Operatives to achieve high levels of performance and productivity
2. Oversee day-to-day operations within your designated area, resolving issues and driving continuous improvement
3. Deliver ongoing training to keep team members up to date with products, policies, and best practices
4. Plan and manage service routes, ensuring all operatives are proficient in using the APOD system
5. Support recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new starters
6. Build and maintain effective working relationships by confidently interacting with both internal teams and external stakeholders
