Production Operative Location: Wirral Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £29,000 to £32,000 plus overtime ZETEC Recruitment are working with a growing manufacturing business in Wirral who are looking to recruit a Production Operative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours of work: 38hrs Monday to Friday between 07:00 to 17:00 The Role As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include: Operating and monitoring processing equipment in line with standard operating procedures Handling raw materials, batching and packaging finished products Completing routine checks, data logging and quality assurance tasks Maintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance Working closely with technical, production and engineering teams to support continuous improvement Participating in training and ongoing development programmes Reporting any process deviations, equipment faults or incidents promptly Skills and Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or process environment Chemical handling and safety experience Good standard of numeracy and literacy Strong verbal and written communication skills Forklift licence and relevant safety certifications are desirable A positive attitude and willingness to embrace continuous improvement To apply email your up to date CV then call ZETEC Recruitment.
