What We’re Looking For:
4. Relevant TA qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent)
5. SEN experience for specialist roles (supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs)
6. Strong classroom support skills and a genuine love for helping children learn
7. Flexibility and reliability
8. Previous experience in Primary Schools (preferred)
9. Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
10. A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in pupils’ lives
