About the Role
Salary-Up to £32k plus 30% OTE
You’ll be responsible for leading a team, whose core function is to build exceptional relationships with our customers, whilst delivering excellent service. It’s about making our customers feel valued and offering a service level that sets us apart from the rest!
You will be responsible overseeing the end-to-end customer journey for a subset of Ecotricity customers, striving for a best-in-class experience. Responsible for adherence to industry legislative and audited timelines and targets.
What you will do…
1. Manage the ongoing development of the Microtricity team, ensuring staff performance aligns with agreed objectives and skill levels.
2. Conduct regular Personal Development Reviews (PDRs) and deliver coaching sessions to support individual growth.
3. Effectively recruit, onboard, and train new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
4. Address underperformance through the performance support scheme, in line with People Team policies and best practices.
5. Ensure the team consistently meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including delivering an exceptional customer experience.
