We’re looking for a proactive, energetic IT Assistant to join our Newry office. If you love problem‑solving, supporting people, and learning new skills in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
* Assisting with PC/laptop setup, project work, and daily IT checks
* Providing 1st line IT support to staff and escalating issues when needed
* Supporting IP phone systems, in‑house software, and company databases
* Assisting with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and WordPress updates
* Managing user accounts and joiner/leaver procedures
* Maintaining spare equipment and carrying out routine monitoring tasks
What We’re Looking For
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Positive, goal‑driven attitude and confidence in your abilities
* Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience with Excel, CRMs, Windows 10, Microsoft Office
* Full clean driving licence (occasional travel may be required)
Desirable
* 12+ months IT support experience and/or formal IT qualifications.
