This is your opportunity to support vulnerable residents, uphold housing policy, and ensure sustainable tenancies in one of London’s most diverse boroughs. What you’ll do: * Deliver a responsive, person-centred tenancy management service * Build strong relationships with residents to address tenancy concerns and provide tailored support * Work in partnership with internal services and external agencies * Ensure housing policy, legislation, and safeguarding responsibilities are met * Support residents in accessing benefits and other local services What we’re looking for: * Experience in tenancy management or housing services * Strong customer service and communication skills * Good knowledge of housing legislation and local authority practices * A passion for helping people and making positive change in the community * Understanding of the challenges faced by social housing tenants * Availability to work on-site in the borough 4 days per week If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Juan at Coyle Personnel Ltd
