The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Employment Solicitor to manage a full caseload of employment matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: • Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, managing files from initial instruction to resolution • Prepare and negotiate a variety of complex legal documents, including employment contracts, staff handbooks, restrictive covenants, and settlement agreements • Actively contribute to the firm's growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships and participating in networking events, seminars, or legal briefing updates • Keep clients informed of significant changes in employment legislation and case law, ensuring their internal policies and practices remain legally compliant and commercially sound
About YouMy client is looking for a qualified solicitor and is open to the amount of PQE in employment law. You will have a proven track record of managing a caseload and supervision will be provided as required.
The ideal candidate will also possess: • Strong communication skills • The ability to work well as part of a team • The initiative to work independently with appropriate support • IT literacy • A desire to develop personally and professionally
