As a Food Beverage Manager at Crerar Hotels, you'll take full responsibility for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards and a seamless guest experience. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role, requiring strong leadership, organisation, and administrative skills. You'll manage staff rotas, people development, revenue tracking, and stock control, all while maintaining operational efficiency. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll play a key role in enhancing our food and beverage offering and attending Head of Department meetings. Do you love to be beside the seaside?
Then you'll love life in Nairn. Our hotel has direct access to an award-winning beach, ideal for a sunset stroll with or without a four-legged friend. (You'll find our staff and guests alike are dog lovers) Golf View offers spectacular scenes over the Moray Firth too, where the local dolphins play.
Away from the beach, the hotel is 20 minutes' walk from the town centre. As the third largest town in the Highlands, Nairn sees its fair share of tourists, but it also has plenty to offer locals. There's a community cinema, supermarkets, local restaurants and Nairn train station, which has direct connections to Inverness and Aberdeen.
