Let us tell you a bit about the opportunity: Our Broker Support Team plays a key role in managing inbound queries from brokers and solicitors throughout the post-application and post-offer mortgage process. We’re looking for individuals with proven telephone experience, a positive and professional attitude, and the ability to handle challenging objections with confidence while maintaining strong relationships. In this role, you’ll be focused on telephony support, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress as you gain experience. What will your day look like? To manage inbound calls from Aldermore Intermediaries & Solicitors with professionalism. Provide support by being expert in process requirements to ensure an efficient application process. Working as part of the property department, to deliver against key targets and objectives. Supporting wider department and business teams to ensure delivery to our customers. This can be, but not exclusive to, the undertaking of administrative tasks and up-skilling in order to support the wider department. At all times working to right first time, to deal with queries effectively to reduce turnaround times and delays with the case. Support a culture of continuous improvement, working to identify better ways of working that contribute to a proficient overall customer journey. What do we expect from you? Excellent customer service focus. Excellent organizational, communication, numerical and analytical skills. Good team player skills are essential with a track record of working within a dynamic team continuously looking for improvement. Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. Demonstrable problem solving, decision-making and time management skills. The ability to deal with difficult calls in time sensitive cases Experience of working within a regulated, banking or financial services environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook, and ability to learn various in-house systems. What can you expect from us?
