This role sits within a fast-paced finance function with responsibility spanning end-to-end transactional finance, including billing, accounts payable, receivables, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple currencies and revenue streams. It’s a hands‑on position managing high transaction volumes while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong financial control across all processes.
Key responsibilities:
* Purchase ledger processing and invoice management
* Sales ledger, billing, and credit control support
* Bank reconciliations
* Cash allocation and transaction processing
* Supplier and customer query resolution
* Supporting reporting and month‑end processes
* Maintaining accurate financial records across all ledgers
* Assisting with wider finance duties as required

* Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes
* Confident working in a fast‑paced, transactional environmentGood communication skills and a proactive approach
