This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client specialist looking to take on a varied and high-quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with a loyal client base and play a key role in the continued development of the department. The Role You will manage a broad range of private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Probate and estate administration
* Trust creation and administration
* Court of Protection matters
* Inheritance Tax and succession planning
* Advising high-net-worth individuals and families
The role offers genuine autonomy, the opportunity to mentor junior team members, and involvement in business development activities. About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with significant Private Client experience
* Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
* STEP qualification or working towards STEP would be advantageous
* Excellent client care and relationship management skills
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
* Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
