Were currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our fantastic Highways team, based at our Colchester site, supporting projects across the South East region.Youll play a key role in our commercial team, working closely with the Managing Quantity Surveyor and building strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities
As a Quantity Surveyor, youll ideally bring experience from similar sectors such as Highways, Road Infrastructure, Paving, Surfacing, or Civil Engineering. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing sub-contracts: issuing tender enquiries, awarding contracts, and assessing monthly payment applications
2. Supporting the preparation of monthly CVRs and forecasts (internal and client-facing)
3. Assisting with final account agreements and substantiations
