One of our schools are looking for several LSA’s (Learning Support Assistant) to help support at their SEN school based in the King’s Lynn area. This school are needing extra staff to help support the children either in a 1:1 setting or small groups. About the role: · Sociable hours, NO WEEKENDS – 8.30am-3.30pm (these hours may vary by 45 minutes) · Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN. · Assist with classroom activities and help implement EHCP's · Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment. · Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support student development. · Be a source of motivation, encouragement, and positivity for your students. · Full time option – temp to perm style!
