Duties: * Managing a large team of Billing Assistants/Credit Controllers * Streamline processes * Develop junior members of staff, introducing process improvements * Keep on top of the client accounts, making sure everything is recorded and up to date * Setting & monitoring KPI's * Making sure an issues that arise are dealt with in a timely manner Requirements: * International experience - liaison and management * Worked for large business with annual turnover exceeding £500M Salary other information: * £75,000 - £90,000 DOE * 3 days in the office, 2 days from home If you are interested in hearing more, please apply today!
