Role Overview: If you love data, culture and creators, this is where it all comes together. As Influencer Insights Executive, you’ll be the analytical heartbeat of our influencer strategy team. Your work will help us find the right creators, measure what matters, and turn insight into action. You’ll support the Strategy Manager and Director with data analysis, trend spotting, reporting and research – playing a key role in making sure our campaigns land with impact. What you'll do: Support influencer strategy development through research, trend analysis, audience insights and creator discovery Use platform and third-party tools to identify the best creators and communities for each brief Analyse influencer and social data to inform creative strategy and audience targeting Build clear, compelling reporting frameworks that demonstrate campaign effectiveness and business impact Benchmark performance across categories, markets and platforms Stay close to culture, surfacing trends and insights to keep our strategies ahead of the curve Collaborate with activation, creative and media teams, ensuring insight flows throughout the campaign lifecycle What we're looking for: A genuine passion for influencer marketing, social platforms and internet culture Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data Familiarity with influencer and social measurement tools ideal Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills A proactive mindset; curious, collaborative and ready to grow Experience in marketing, social media, research or data roles is a bonus Benefits: In the UK, alongside the core benefits such as Pension, Life Assurance, Private Medical, and Income Protection Plan, we also offer: WORK YOUR WORLD opportunity to work anywhere in the world, where there is a Publicis office, for up to 6 weeks a year.
