Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst with strong manual testing skills to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product owners, and support teams in an Agile environment to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
* Validate UI/UX, data integrity, and API functionality.
* Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing across multiple environments.
* Document defects and track resolution using Jira or similar tools.
* Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
* Assist in test planning, test data preparation, and KPI reporting.
* Support continuous improvement of QA processes and contribute to automation initiatives where possible.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in manual software testing within Agile environments.
* Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
* Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
* Strong understanding of mobile app testing, cross platform.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and documentation abilities.
* 2–4 years of hands-on QA experience in manual testing
Desirable
* Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Skills
* Good, accurate keyboard skills and ICT competence;
* Analytical and problem solving skills;
* Excellent attention to detail;
* Able to work as an effective team member;

Rewards and additional information
* Base salary will be in the region of £33-35k pa.
* The normal contractual working week is 37.5 hours; a standard day is 7.5 hours.
* The work pattern is fixed hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm with 0.5 hour lunch break.
* The annual holiday entitlement based on the above working pattern is 25 days – rising to 28 days with length of service.
* 1 additional days holiday per month on a Friday (FleetCheck Friday), pro rata entitlement for part time employees.
* Contributory pension.
* Staff are able to work in a hybrid pattern with 3 days in the office each week, if agreed with their line manager.
