Job Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:
3. Support people managers with recruitment, on boarding, and retention initiatives
4. Conduct meetings with new starters and leavers to ensure smooth transitions
5. Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide data insights and reporting
6. Contribute to well being, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
7. Assist with employee relations matters such as absence management and performance improvement
8. Ensure HR processes, checklists, and policies are up to date and effectively implemented
9. Support monthly payroll processes
10. Take part in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the HR Advisor role is someone with following:
12. Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
13. Solid understanding of current employment legislation
14. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment
15. Recruitment experience is essential
16. CIPD qualification is desirable
