Associate Product Manager - Reward and Benefits
About the role: As an Associate Product Manager in the Rewards & Benefits team within Tesco Technology, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that enhance the colleague experience across our global business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and optimisation of products that underpin our rewards, recognition, and benefits offerings.
You will be responsible
* Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and document product features based on user needs and business goals.
* Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Support backlog refinement and sprint planning with engineering and design teams.
* Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
* Monitor product performance and usage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, and Technology teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and integrations with third-party benefits platforms.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all product developments.
You will need
* Passion for creating intuitive and impactful colleague experiences.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
* Experience working with Reward and Benefits systems is a plus.

* Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary
