Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent
* Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds
* A trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders at all levels to achieve behavioral change and continuous improvement
* Passionate about transforming lives through coaching
* Desire to benefit from self-employment within a larger community
Desired Skills and Experience
* At least 1+ years of coaching experience
