The Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland Care RecordProgramme team seeks a PMO Administrator. This role entails providing expertadministrative and secretarial support to team members while overseeing theday-to-day operations of the 'virtual' office. The core purpose is to provide administrative support to theLLR Care Record Programme and undertake directed activities. This involvesproactive, timely, and effective administrative and secretarial assistance.Tasks range from high-level project coordination, meeting scheduling, agendaand document preparation, to maintaining action logs and supportingevent/training administration. Additionally, you'll aid in informationgathering, inquiries, and ongoing projects, playing a crucial role in sharinghealth and social care data across the LLR region.
This vacancy is advertised for a 12-month LPT bank contract(until March 31, 2025), as a secondment or fixed-term position due torecruitment for a limited-term project. The fixed-term contract status will bereviewed in accordance with legal obligations, considering the programme'simplementation needs and associated timescales. Approval from your current linemanager is required for any secondment.
Main duties of the job
As the PMO Administrator, you'll offer expert administrativeand secretarial support to team members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsof the virtual office. You will have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working in a busy environment.
You'll provide timely and effectiveadministrative services, from meeting arrangements to meticulous record-keepingand follow-up procedures.
The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office and MSTeams, preferably validated by a MOS certification, alongside familiarity withadministration tools. You'll assist the team with various administrative tasks, meeting scheduling, documentation maintenance and project organisation.Data management responsibilities include collecting, analysing, and reportingproject data, while ensuring accurate maintenance of project documentation foreasy accessibility.
You'll play a key role in process improvement initiatives,identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the programmeadministration. Facilitating communication among stakeholders, team members,and leadership is crucial for alignment on project objectives and progresstracking. Your involvement in risk and issue tracking, as well as qualityassurance processes, will contribute to programme success and stakeholdersatisfaction.
