Junior Office Manager at a Private Investment Management Company
A private investment management company based in Mayfair is seeking a Junior Office Manager to join their small and friendly team. This is a fully office-based role with working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications:
* Degree with a 2:1 or above from a Russell Group or Oxbridge university
* Three A-levels, all grade A
* Maths GCSE grade 7 or higher
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a well-presented office environment
* Manage office suppliers and arrange travel for the team
* Manage reception and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
* Handle incoming mail, book and prepare meeting rooms
* Assist Directors with personal admin tasks
* Provide holiday cover for the EA
* Organize team events
* Order office supplies and arrange daily lunches
Skills and Attributes:
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Attention to detail and team-oriented mindset
* Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to assist where needed
Selection Process:
* Complete personality and online maths tests
* Attend a trial day at the office
