As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop in the absence of the Manager. You will motivate and engage the team, ensuring they have everything needed to excel.
We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead efforts to ensure customers have a fantastic experience, whether shopping in-store or online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve outstanding results and uphold high standards
2. Leading by example and serving customers efficiently and courteously
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with a variety of options
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable
