Your work will include:
* Employment tribunal matters
* Advisory work on contentious and non-contentious issues
* Disciplinary and grievance procedures
* Redundancies, TUPE, and restructures
* Settlement agreements
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
* Experience advising either claimants, respondents, or both
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Ambitious and keen to take on greater responsibility
