What You’ll Do
As part of the Aviation team, you will:
* Assist on full life-cycle architectural projects, from concept through construction.
* Generate innovative design solutions within project parameters.
* Translate design concepts into compelling images and documents.
* Develop detailed construction documents and support contract administration.
* Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to deliver cohesive solutions.
* Contribute to project deliverables while maintaining quality and meeting client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally. Key qualifications include:
* ARB Registration (RIBA Chartered Member preferred).
* Revit proficiency (other 3D modeling software is a plus).
* Strong understanding of construction detailing, constructability, and technical excellence.
* Ability to lead and collaborate within a diverse team.
* Proven skills in client relations, master planning, and conceptual design.
* Experience coordinating consultants and managing project deliverables
* Flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
