About
You’ll work as part of our established Civil Engineering team, contributing to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use sectors. From concept design through to detailed engineering and construction support, you’ll play a key role in shaping sustainable, buildable, and innovative solutions for our clients.
The role
* Producing civil engineering designs, drawings, and reports for drainage, highways, earthworks, and infrastructure projects
* Using industry‑standard software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, and AutoCAD
* Supporting senior engineers with design development and project delivery
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders
* Preparing technical submissions, including planning and Section 38/104/278 applications
* Contributing to a positive team culture and helping to mentor junior staff where appropriate
Skills
* Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Experience in a consultancy environment (we’re open to different levels of experience)
* Working knowledge of UK design standards and approval processes
* Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset
* Progress toward professional accreditation (IEng/CEng) is desirable but not essential
