An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual who is able to communicate well, to work in a team to assist in the provision of an effective and efficient finance and administrative support services within Facility Support Services.
The service covers Catering, Cleaning, Janitorial, School Crossing Patrol services and Community Facilities.
The role will entail the processing of high-volume data into the relevant financial management systems and input and processing purchase invoices into the creditors system as well as the reconciliation of purchase card information. Inputting to relevant spreadsheets and maintaining reconciliation of online payments is an important part of the post.
This post is a hybrid working post with an office base, Bellshill Depot, Bellshill.
To support this role you will require –
1. To have an SVQ2, NC, higher grade or equivalent in a relevant subject
2. To be able to demonstrate moderate knowledge/experience in an administrative environment
3. Have good numeracy skills
4. Have good organisational skills
5. Have excellent keyboard skills and able to demonstrate experience of IT and Microsoft systems
6. Able to demonstrate experience of a reconciliation system
7. Ability to work under pressure
