Key Responsibilities Be the go-to expert for our Virtual Learning Environment, moderating sessions and providing technical support to learners and tutors. Respond to member enquiries and collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding training administration and technical assistance. Manage course bookings and joining instructions through our Learning Management System (LMS). Prepare and process all training documentation, from pre-course materials to post-course feedback and results. Handle delegate registrations with external examination authorities where needed. Keep everything running smoothly by following quality systems and procedures. Requirements Strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word) and an interest in PowerPoint.
