Brook Street are seeking a Band 3 Call Handler/Admin Support to join our incredible team at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
The Details:
* Location: Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast
* Contract: 12 months, with extension
* Hours: Full-time, working shifts between 08:00 and 20:00 on a rolling rota (includes working one weekend in four). - must be fully flexible
Imagine yourself:
* Answering calls with empathy and expertise, guiding healthcare professionals through the referral process with confidence and care.
* Mastering information systems like NISTAR, Kinseed, and Encompass.
* Orchestrating seamless communication by setting up conference calls and ensuring vital information reaches the right people, right on time.
* Keeping our team running by managing diaries, preparing reports
* Collaborating with passionate colleagues and forging strong relationships with external partners like the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service.
* Knowing that every task you complete, from taking meeting minutes to updating patient records, contributes to a higher purpose: saving lives!
What you'll bring to the table:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a willingness to learn new software systems.
* A genuine desire to help others and be part of a supportive and dedicated team.
* Crucially: Four GCSEs Grade C or above (including English Language) and one year of secretarial/administrative experience in a HSCNI setting.
